The current order will not be shipped until February 10th after Chinese New Year,
Unless otherwise stated, shipping information orders will be processed within 3 to 6 days after placing the order.

Your order will be shipped through our China warehouse "No. 8-2, District B, Xiapengjiao Village, Lishui Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province".

We have multiple warehouses in the US/UK/Germany.

D2576, D2053, stair slides, A2053, A2576, F1245 and other products can be shipped from overseas warehouses

Unless there is a refund issue, we will provide free standard logistics services to your address.

After confirming that each package has been sent, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a confirmation number and a link so that you can track the package’s itinerary.

Estimated delivery time
Small items need 7-30 working days, if there are special reasons (such as weather, express delivery, etc., we will notify separately).
