Return Time Limit

We accept returns within 30 days from the day the customer receives the product and the order is completed. If the product has any quality issues, we will handle the return based on the condition. Please note, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons other than quality issues. Please confirm your order carefully before placing it.

If you wish to return a product due to quality issues, all returns must be authorized by AOLISHENG. Returns made without our prior approval will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. Please contact us before returning the product.

Conditions to Note:

  • Refurbished or used products are not refundable.

  • Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Customers are responsible for correctly repacking the products when returning them to ensure no damage occurs during shipment.

  • For returns, international customers are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

  • Once the return is confirmed, we will provide the return address.

Holiday Shipping Delays

Please note, during holidays, shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid any delays.

Change & Cancellation

You have the right to cancel or modify an order before it ships. However, we do not accept any changes or cancellations to custom orders.
